The goal of our management team at Cedarcrest Property Management is to maintain and enhance the property and to exceed the expectation of the Board of Directors and the unit owners.  We accomplish this while maintaining the financial integrity and aesthetic beauty of your, which in turn increases your property values.

Our most valuable feature is our "Hands-On" management team.  Our team of personnel maintain a superior knowledge of the conditions of the property, grounds, equipment and common areas, and performs weekly site inspections to ensure everything is well.  We also provide effective solutions that allow you to make sound business decisions, including cost-reduction recommendations without compromising your investment, while maintaining and upgrading the quality of services.  Open lines of communication and informative recommendations to the Board of Trustees and Committees ensure the community is always running smoothly, and all matters are handled in a timely fashion.

  • Weekly site inspections checking all aspects of the buildings and grounds
  • Qualified personnel who can create or assist in the preparation of the yearly budget
  • Expert review and recommendations regarding capital/deferred maintenance reserves
  • Enforcement of the rules, regulations and By-laws governing the Association
  • Complete insurance administration including management and procurement
  • Professional negotiation and management of Association contracts and services
  • Professional administration of financial accounts, submitting regular monthly accounting reports
  • Management of all accounts payable and receivable including all maintenance fees
  • No cost direct deposit/credit card* payments for monthly maintenance fees
  • Proper review of all invoices for services rendered and prompt payment
  • Liaison between the Association and all governmental bodies and regulatory agencies
  • Association newsletter design and publishing for all unit owners and tenants
  • Extensive sub-contractor list with excellent relationships and extensive history of service
  • Minor repairs (if contractor not necessary) performed free of charge to the Association
  • Any other matters associated with residential & commercial condominiums handled
  • Professional engineering, accounting and auditing services available
  • No-charge legal counsel/advice available
  • Conference room w/ digital projector available for board meetings at no charge to the Association
